A workflow is a sequence of steps one takes or an ordered set of operations one performs to do a simple or complex task. A few very common workflows (relevant for 0space) are being illustrated below. The illustrations will also help in learning how 0space tools simplify complex authoring, communication and collaboration tasks.
[Note: The workflow documents contain sample snapshots, each showing a part of a page from a test site. Therefore, the snapshot may look different from what you'll see on your screen even if you input the exact text as appearing in he snapshot.]
These documents consist of pages organized in a hierachical structure (like a book). The page tree is automatically displayed (in right-sidebar) when you visit any book page. Also, near the bottom, you'll find links to navigate to previous or next page, link to printer-friendly version of the page, and a slide show view. [The slide-show might show truncated view if the page size is bigger than the slide-view area.]

Detailed answer for "how"
Detailed answer for "how" will be provided soon.
When?
When you are in the middle of editing (say) a "page" (content type) in 0space, and you wish to insert a phrase in Hindi (or some other unicode based language supported by Google transliteration), or if you need to insert mathematical expression(s), or a plot in your page.
Just click to open popup of relevant tool, edit/create required item, copy-paste from tool window to wherever needed. Even onto the edit-area of your favorite (HTML) email window!
One can use these tools to edit/create content/items (for a course being taught, or for making personal notes). Content or items created with 0sEd, 0sPlots, 0sNotes are saved in users file-space. Users file-space is accessible via "My account | Personal files". Or via 0sFM.
Use 0sILE if you wish to offer an online course, or join an available course.
If you wish to highlight parts of a web-page (from 0space or elsewhere) and note down some associated information, use 0sNotes. It has some similarity with Mediabird and ReframeIt.
