Statistical Thinking and Statistical Plan

Statistical Thinking must be associated with Statistical Plan (a plan based on certain discipline). Generally Statisticians are consulted at time of analysis. This creates many difficulties to integrate statistical methods with context. A statistical plan is based on sequence o Problem, Plan to get data, Data organistion, Analysis, Conclusion. It may be dynamic in the sense `Problem’ may be reformulated on basis of Conclusion.
