In my last post, I tried to summarize challenges before teaching community (or in other words education system because currently teachers are core part of education system) and left the plan to meet these challenges for next post. Now I am trying to present proposed plan which can help individual teacher or student to develop themselves as well as empowered them for contribution for institutional development.

I have little experience (4 years) of teaching at university  but as a consultant I got opportunity to plan and train people at government offices and many institutes/ universities. In this way I got opportunity to come in contact of many people who are actively involved in teaching. Certainly most of them were concerned with statistics and economics, hence whatever I am going to present may not be the picture of whole teaching community.

Second focal point (see for first one at my last blog post) of my lecture at Lucknow University was “Role of communication in expansion of knowledge”. Communication is defined as exchange of thought, feeling or ideas or signal from source to target in form of symbols. Such definition does not help me to judge quality of communication in human group. I feel communication in broader sense.

On May 22,2009, I delivered a lecture at Economics department of Lucknow University. Topic was “A New Approach of Teaching for Expanding Knowledge Base”. I covered topics like- what is knowledge, role of communication in expansion of knowledge, challenges before teaching community, how to face challenges of teaching, how knowledge base can be expanded, why use 0space, limitation of 0space.

I observe a lot of mysteries around me. Why strength of knowledge centers (mostly academic institutions) of a society changes with time, is one of them. Even for individuals, I am always curios to know how one can increase level of knowledge? Although this topic is open for me but I can present my opinion on this topic what I have learnt from life.
